Village End is a family run business founded by Robert & Tracey Fielder, and our dedicated, passionate practitioners are all seen as part of the family.
Welcoming and friendly, our team make sure your child feels right at home in our setting with love and support offered from the moment we open the door. We’re true believers of successfully working in partnership with parents & carers and it’s just as important for us to build a strong relationship with our parents & carers too. If you ever need any help or advice from our team, please do ask and we will be more than happy to help support you in anyway we can.
Miss Tracey – Village End Manager
With a longstanding passion for childcare, Tracey founded Village End to help parents with flexible and affordable childcare. With three grown up children of her own and over 18 years of experience, Tracey has a wealth of knowledge that she brings to the business, as well as acting as a much loved mentor to her staff team.
Tracey oversees the nursery but still loves to spend time with the children singing and having fun, and is on hand to speak to parents about any questions they may have. Tracey is dedicated to every child’s success when they are both in our setting and at home and works with parents/carers to build individual child plans if you are struggling in any areas, such as picky eaters.
Miss Tamara – Early Years Teacher
Tamara is our bilingual primary school teacher from Madrid who helps both the staff and children introduce Spanish into their daily lives.
Tamara’s passion lies in Primary teaching and she has a background of working in different schools in both Spain and the UK. With experience of working within Montessori nurseries, Tamara has helped bring different styles of teaching into Village End which have blended with our child-led ethos perfectly. Tamara enjoys giving children the opportunity to challenge themselves through different resources helping them to use their own senses and thinking.
Tamara loves fitness and holistic learning and loves to teach the children yoga to strengthen their minds and bodies. Tamara also has a passion in mindfulness and teaches the children how to regulate their emotions through self-soothing which is an important skill to learn before school.
Miss Hana – Early Years Practitioner
Hana joined our team after her daughter attended Village End in 2016 – she loved it so much she realised a career change from a graphic designer to an early years educator was her new path.
With a design background, Hana loves to think creatively and enjoys planning fun and interactive activities for the children to enjoy exploring innovative thinking and imaginative involvement.
With a strong passion for emotional development and wellbeing, Hana works to build the children’s confidence within our setting and helps them to settle and thrive emotionally here at Village End.
Olivia has grown up within Village End as the daughter of Tracey and Robert, helping to look after children from a young age. She has always known her heart lies within childcare and loves working within the family business.

Olivia promotes these areas within our setting, planning activities for the children to explore and discuss their feelings and emotions and is always on hand to help the children navigate their new friendships.
Always there for a cuddle and a giggle, the children adore Olivia’s fun and energetic nature.
