On 8th January 2018 Ofsted carried out an inspection and judged Village End as a ‘Good’ provision. At the end of the visit, our inspector referred to the Ofsted Early Years manual and pointed out that we met the ‘Outstanding’ criteria in all 4 judgement areas, but was unable to award outstanding as we have only been operating as an Early Years provider for less than 1 year and require an extensive track record to gauge progression. However we our very proud to receive such a great judgement and intend to continue to deliver a high level of childcare between now and our next inspection to ensure we maintain our excellent grading.

Good luck with your Ofsted inspection, please find below a few words from me…
“Village end has been wonderful for my daughter. She has attended from the age of 2 and treats the staff like they are family. She can’t wait to get there each day, and has made massive improvements with her reading, writing and spelling. I am actually incredibly impressed in her development and she learns new skills every week. The nursery has continued to improve constantly since it opened, with a refreshing approach of listening to what parents want. I am so glad I found Village End, and will be incredibly sad when it’s time for my little one to move on to school”
All the best tomorrow with your Ofsted inspection.
